We advice you to dedicate the first day to the walking city tour. During this tour you'll see the most beautiful places of the city such as Nevsky avenue, the Russian museum, the Spit of Vasilyevsky island, the Summer garden, the Mikhailovsky castle, the Admiralty, the ensemble of the emperor's palaces (the Winter palace, the Old Hermitage, the New Hermitage, the Small Hermitage and the Hermitage theatre), etc.; the main central squares of Saint Petersburg which are the Palace square, the Senate square and St. Isaac's square and, of course, you'll visit 4 main churches of Saint Petersburg: the church of Resurrection (Savior on the Split Blood), St. Isaac's and Kazan cathedrals and the burial place of all Russian emperors - the Peter and Paul cathedral.

The second day starts with the excursion to the State Hermitage, the richest museum of Russia, and then you visit Peterhof which is called the kingdom of fountains.

And we advice to spend the third day in Tsarskoe Selo, located some 12 miles (about 25 kilometers) away from St. Petersburg. The ensemble of the Catherine's Palace and Park are among Russia's top historical recreation complexes visited by hundreds of thousands tourists every year. You'll have an opportunity to see the "eighth wonder" of the world - the Amber Room situated in the Palace.
